CONTRACT INFORMATION
GWE serves as the principal electrical contractor for numerous TAFEs across Sydney. These sites require extensive reactive maintenance as well as preventative maintenance across 12 campuses. We work in with the key stakeholders, school staff, and students to ensure the works are completed in a way to minimise disruption to the sites.

- Asset management Maintenance, fault finding and testing of electrical delivery and supply reticulation systems
- Maintenance of distribution boards
- Electrical fit outs Repairs / upgrades to lighting systems
- Upgrades and repairs to telecommunication, data and security systems
- Preparation of inspection and defect reports
- Project management for multi-site rollouts and various upgrades
- Management of outages etc
- Coordination with relevant supply authorities
- Management of lighting, solar and energy rebate schemes to provide a discount for the customer
